Any fee $200.00 and under, we expect payment on day of surgery. If you have a standard indemnity insurance, we require 30% of the total on day of surgery. If you have other insurance with a predetermined amount due, it well be due on the day of surgery. Orthognathic Surgery, dental implant surgery, and other reconstructive surgery that has more expensive fees, arrangements have to be made with the doctor or staff.
